The venue offers exclusive Friday–Sunday use, a 2,200 sq. ft. dining room with a chandelier and indoor bar, and four separate ceremony sites: a covered bridge, a riverside dock, a garden courtyard, and the woodlands. Capacity runs roughly 150–160 including vendors, with golf carts available to move around the grounds.
